The brief was to explore modern family living requirements while challenging the context of an existing established North Auckland subdivision.

A larger single level footprint was preferred to align itself to the longer geometry of the site and a distant view over Orewa beach.

Materials, form and layout are currently being considered and we look forward to developing this project in 2017.
